Я сделал все что они просили предоставить все документы. А они и их система мне не может открыть счет уже 2 месяца. Это может показаться что я что то могу делать не так. Но знали бы вы ситуацию. И когда мне этот счет нужен и я вынужден это делать. Это просто так меня злит.

Verification is a hell

I sent officially issued bank statements following all requirements, checked with managers in banks that each statement is correctly done. Statements contain all necessary information like right date of issue, name and address but they are denied each time, marking like address is missed. It’s not missed, it’s actually there. I verified another accounts in another apps with that statements, never have seen any issues. Also it takes for a week to wait until verification is passed or no. Other apps do it for 1h or in rare cases for 1 day. I even sent one of stating to card provider and it was approved. And finally my account supposed to be closed in 2 days without any strong reason. I’m with payoneer for 9 years but it’s a first time when this happens. Very unreliable, I can’t believe that I have this kind of problems. Payoneer can you finally find the address that is written on the document please?

Not best for employees

It takes 3-5 days to come to your account date they provide never correct and as example I do withdrawal to my bank Sunday Friday I get it .

А Вы ли не при***ли такую комиссию за вывод средств загибать?

Скачала приложение. Привязала счет банковский. Нельзя без денежных средств даже ПОСМОТРЕТЬ сколько комиссия за вывод на банковский счёт. В итоге пришлось сперва вывести туда денежные средства «методом тыка» и потом посмотреть комиссию. В итоге из 59 долларов: 3 доллара за то, что деньги мне поступили в Payoneer, и ПЯТНАДЦАТЬ (!!!) за то, чтобы вывести их в банк! И при этом абсолютно НИГДЕ это не отражено. Мошенничество чистой воды! Такие вещи должны быть отражены в приложении! Больше не буду пользоваться этим г****м

This app blocks you for 30 min for every wrong attempt and it makes me feel hell angry. This google captcha should be eliminated forever.

Terrible App😡

Why your Russian support( call center) doesn’t work? Why you tell that My money will be transferred within 1 day, if I transfer it on business day and at working time, but I didn’t get it? Your call center reply very late. Why I have to wait 2 or more day transaction, even I fulfill all the the app requirements?

Good app

A very useful app, but please update it for users to sign up by FaceID. It’s not comfortable to enter password everytime.
