Just to let you people know that I lost a job because of you platform. How can you put such a ridiculous condition before I can request for payment I should receive 5000 usd in the account. Who does that? I will be dropping from you useless platform that has made me loss a job that would have paid me in USD in Nigeria. Thank you all I advice you all not to download this app. It’s useless

COMPLAINT‼️ Hi admin. I’m a user from Nigeria, ive been trying to verify my Payoneer it keeps rejecting the original copy national identity card. Even though that was what was asked. Cause of the verification issue you guys went ahead to return my pending payment from Amazon back. Please fix the verification issue ‼️‼️‼️

I’ve been adding my national id and Nepa bill to verify my account and to be able to withdraw my money in the app but it’s just keeps getting rejected

They’re a greedy, shameless, fraudulent, selfish and useless company. On their review page you’ll see lots of negative reviews about them, on your app notifications page they only inform you about fee increases. They steal from their users and they just call it any tittle. They’re anti freelancers company mostly as soon as your hits their platform, they steal from freelancers a lot. They’re shameless, they charge freelancers 20% for a $50 withdrawal ($10). They don’t care about their users that’s why they don’t have a customer support team. They impose fees on users without and option of opting out. Don’t trust Payoneer don’t do business with them. They stole my money..

I’m trying to withdraw, it’s telling that my withdrawal limit is “$25.00 - $0.00”. If I try to withdraw exactly $25, the app says that it’s above the maximum limit of “$0.00”. If I try a value less than $25, it will say that it’s below the minimum limit of $25. This glitch has tied my hands. Can’t withdraw. Please fix this.

Thieves… Other apps like Geegpay, grey.co etc do not charge annual fee as huge as 30dollars.. Your charges for every transaction are too much let alone the so called annual fee.. as if that’s not enough, you took the only money I had in my account. Payoneer will soon crumble because a lot of people are now aware of their scheme for stealing people’s wealth and hard earned money under the guise of “annual fee” You think you can enrich your pocket with people’s sweat and hard work?

Payoneer is amazing, the instant response and receive of funds and also the security of your application and account is good And you can send in pounds, euros and dollars

Payoneer has frustrated me all the funds I’m withdrawing they put it on pending now live chat and no phone to call I sent them message on email not response
