When i try to login from the phone it always get stuck at security verification and i have to use sms to login. When i try to login from web i never get the notification on the phone and again i have to use sms that sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. The login process is the worst that I encountered until now.
I am 1 month in and I have still not been able to get verified yet. Let alone paid, god forbid. It's full of inconsistencies where the account says it's verified but then I receive emails saying i need to provide more information. I log in to provide more info, it says I am verified. Support agents are nice and polite but they are trying to support a dead cat product. Overall a very bad experience. I'd be gone in a second if my employer didn't prefer them. Stay away if you can!

Literally the worst platform ever. Don’t use Payoneer unless you have hours of your life to spend on their meaningless procedures.
I've spent 12 days now waiting for some documents to be verified. I can't withdraw my money, i can't pay my rent, i just see them pending. This is unacceptable as I'm getting paid on this app every month for the last 2 years from the same account. What's going on???
I've been trying for 2 months to make a transfer with payoneer to revolut.... lots of time spent on live chat and email and still didn't find the problem. Awful and frustrating experience. Also the app redirects to browser so it's useless.
App and card works. Don't know why everyone complains about it. Simple, not perfect but good experience. As a freelancer i recommend it !
Someone just hacked my account, they can’t help me to block that account.
