Off the cigarettes 3 years now with thanks to this app..*Best Quit Smoking App* Helps to Keep you on track while staying positive & gets you through the cravings while allowing you to keep a diary & see how many smokes you HAVE NOT had & how long your off them with increased circulation, Fab App all round in my opinion, well worth downloading. 1 year & 5 months totally Smoke Free 👌

This app is extremely helpful because it not only monitors your progress but it gives you loads of activities to do to distract from cravings, the app has so many features any time you feel like smoking just open the app and you will find something to do and your cravings will be gone.
What a fantastic app this is so helpful and the personal coach is great, I’ve tried to quite so many times before! But after I found this app it’s been the best. I couldn’t recommend it enough.
And haven’t given in to any temptation! This app is really helpful
It’s an amazing app which provides great tips and support and missions and check ins to keep you on track. Definitely couldn’t have given up smoking without it.
This is my first time writing a review for an app. Thank you so much! Thanks to this app I could finally quit smoking. Seeing all the health improvements and achivements really helped me to stay motivated. I don’t think you need to buy a subscription for anything but if it works for you go for it.
Great tool to help on the journey stopping smoking. The progress update is a great motivator
