Downloaded the app to help with pelvic flow exercises as I thought it would be a great idea because I’m pregnant and preparing for labour. Little did I know that after downloading the all I wouldn’t even be able to use the app without purchasing a $200 device and activating it through the app
Really works. Really fun. Fairly impressive results pretty quickly. If you lose motivation for a while you just start back up again and you get back to where you were easily. The support is really great also. The team get back to you really quickly. The community in the app are awesome. We are all in the same boat so it’s really helpful. Such a cool concept.
Love the app. It’s def helped me. Even better - When I had an issue with the device customer service was brilliant. If you have any issue, just reach out to them - they actually keep following up until it’s resolved!
Have been using Perifit on and off since 2020 but now am back with new vigour to really improve a recurring prolapse, it keeps my mood and motivation up.
Have tried many other ways to strengthen pelvic floor. This really works if used regularly Great real-time feedback and encouraging feedback along the way. Love the game choices ( actually kept the ones I don’t like just to challenge myself!) Better than going to a health professional as way cheaper and can do at home at your own convenience Only criticism is that you can’t recharge it so thinking I’ll have to buy a whole new unit when it dies (and no lifespan indicator on it!)

I’ve seen a pelvic floor physio, so knew my technique was fine… I just struggled to make the time to actually DO the exercises with kids/farm/life etc Perifit definitely makes it “fun” and I’ve been consistently doing them since getting the device. Noticing a big difference. Big thumbs up from me.
At times the games are almost impossible to play as there is a time delay between the device and the app. Support were not helpful and didn’t seem to comprehend the issue.
I find the games really annoying, the game design is off putting and just over complicates things. I wish I could just work on a simple exercise, very plain visuals - “on/off” - and have an audio only option.
Is it weird that doing these exercises is a bit of a highlight of the day for me? I mean it is lockdown but still. Anyway all I can say is Perefit is a life saver. I’ve been using it for around five weeks now and am definitely seeing results. I don’t know what I would have done without it - the games, stats and progress charts are really motivating and I have so much more understanding now of correct kegel technique etc. This really works!
