Early days but I know it’s making a difference
A friend recommended this to me and I’m so thankful they did. My pelvic floor has been terrible since having kids so I’m hopeful this will work. So far so good!

Highly effective
Cannot recommend enough. The games are motivational and it makes such a difference to my life. The response from the team is really helpful too.
Brilliant
I’m 67 years old, had children and many issues. The doctor gave me internal steroids but the treatment would have been ongoing for months whilst I could really actually tell the difference using this after the second week. Bloody brilliant!

This works
Great way to do kegels (and know I am doing them correctly) and fun. After a few months I am definitely seeing an improvement to a years’ old problem.
What I needed
I’m awful at keeping up with the usual PF exercises. This is such a great way to get them done efficiently!
This worked
Ordinary exercises I got bored of really quickly. This though kept me doing the games regularly.. and my pelvic floor improved so much within a few months that the consultant said “ but you don’t have a prolapse at all “ . Yes! Result! I still use at intervals to keep the muscles trained and I am really pleased with the results . No prolapse , no weeing issues , no urgency , no UTIs . Excellent .
Keeps you going
The games are a real motivation! And also the feedback on the quality of the kegel, which before using Perifit I was doing all wrong. It is hard work however and sometimes frustrating but it has me doing the exercises that otherwise I wouldn’t do! Downside is that it takes a bit of time to calibrate and find the correct position laying down.
It really works!
After my Second child my pelvic floor was pretty bad but I’m now back to where I was before and maybe even better! Thank you!
