J’adore! Mais j’aimerais avoir plus d’exercices d’endurance à faire, je veux pouvoir maintenir mes contractions fortes durant 10 secondes et même étant rendu au niveau 3 ça ne m’est jamais proposé…
Toutes les femmes devraient connaître ceci
Le perlifit m’a été recommandé par ma physio pour maintenir ma santé dorsale (oui ca passe par le plancher pelvien) et pour prévenir les fuites urinaires ! Une merveille qui fonctionne vraiment bien! Tres ludique, on n’a pas l’impression de s’entraîner. Toute femme devrait connaître cet outil d’entraînement !
