app not working - UI broken
i can’t click on the buttons, they re outside of the screen
It works but confusing layout
The service (find a pet sitter or offer your services as a pet sitter) works well enough. I was seeking a pet sitter and found myself filling in a profile that is the same profile to be a sitter. There should be a question asked from the beginning; are you seeking or offering a service? I was never sure what I needed to fill in. My pet ended up being registered separately too. On a mobile app the home page with its many icons and badges was not fast to navigate. Did I enter from my profile? From my booking? It’s not as intuitive as it could be. The strength of this app is the animal friendly people using it, not the tech.

I used this app to transport my dog. Their service is excellent and i definitely recommend them.

Finding a sitter for my cat when we plan our trips was a nightmare. All the pet boarding me around the area had a waitlist and could never secure a booking unless I booked a month ahead. That simply was not practical and made us search for other alternatives. We are glad that we ended up using PetBacker. The app solves a real problem of availability of pet sitters. Though the app can be a tad bit slow in loading messages, it is functionally complete. Thank you for providing this service.

Bad development
The app shows issues in all functionality proposed. It smells like a scam.... be careful to give all your personal data asked to “complete your infos”....
