I wish I’d read the trip advisor reviews before using this service! Horrendous service by this Russian owned app! They offer no flexibility and their customer service was shocking. You cannot get a refund and will be lucky if the car shows up. Total scammers who rip you off.
This is basically a scam, they advertise free cancellation but only provide useless credits. Customer service is shockingly poor, avoid at all costs.
Ordered a transfer to Newcastle airport and it never arrived. Tried calling, messaging through the app and emailing all without success. I had to message the app through Facebook and finally got a reply but they still haven’t refunded my money. I could have missed my flight if I didn’t organise alternate transport. This app might work well in other countries but not supported well in Australia.
Khalid was a very professional and friendly driver. He supplied insights and information about our destination which was very helpful. His rate was very reasonable and we really appreciated that.
I have competed few trips on platform, never got paid even after 2months, keeps on saying due to COVID payments are not made, but if you search their reviews they have being doing to drivers from September. Just a scam company
Cancellation is not honoured by this business. I requested a refund some time ago and they have invented new terms and conditions for COVID-19 that didn’t exist when I booked/paid. I suspect i won’t get my payment back. This app should be banned!
I first discovered this site and app, starting to explore their transfer service. After accepting the private transfer, months after months later. We can’t get a hold of the driver at all. We contacted their HQ and they are very apologetic and rebook us on the transfer - Turin to Val D’Isere Again, then the agent disappeared and we can’t get in contact with anyone! Until the night before leaving our home country, one of the staff from the office rang and confirmed the driver will be meeting us at Turin airport. Guess what, after much waited (2 hours) after arrival at the Turin airport. The driver didn’t show, the agent that we spoken to said she is going to contact the driver and get back to us. Until today, 30 days later; they vanished completely!
Very friendly driver. Good service. Clean car, free wifi and a bottle of water for each of us.

The site is very difficult to navigate and needs to be cleaned up by an IT expert. But my driver was excellent- punctual, friendly and efficient :))
