PILOTLOG - CrewLounge AERO

I encountered an issue with the time difference between my desktop application and phone. The support team was excellent; they responded within 24 hours and provided a detailed explanation of how to fix it. I’ve also transitioned from the MCC pilot log and understand the frustration of individuals leaving negative feedback. However, I believe those using the MCC logbook had the opportunity to obtain a lifetime subscription by paying for three years or something similar. I really appreciate the app; it’s incredibly user-friendly. Uploading your schedule is easy, and at the end of the flight, you simply take a picture of the times and upload it.

This logbook was great until they dropped the ability to import airline rosters. All inputs are now manual. This feature was unexpectedly dropped, making my lifetime subscription worthless. Even worse, the features and instructions to import are still in the app but simply do not work. Very poor communication and implementation.

Using the software/ app since 13years now and still happy. Great development of the app!

Support team is always very helpful and with genuine intentions to solve any of my problems. The tech team is constantly trying to improve the app and provide a better experience. I am a big fan of the Pilot Log

I’ve been using this logbook App for years. It’s does all I need, connects to my Airlines AIMS to download my flight data so that I don’t even need to make logbook entries

After this latest update it is unusable.

Was able to send in my old spreadsheets for conversion to be able to upload to the new app. The support team at crewlounge aero is top notch. Keep up the good work guys and gals!!!

This app and company is a scam. I paid 100$ for a broken, buggy application and now they’ve renamed, rebranded, and unless I pay an additional subscription, I can’t access my logbook? This is literally extortion.
