Generally very happy.
Easy intuitive app. ADS-B upload great feature. Syncs nicely with cloud.
Zeer compleet. Zelf instellen wat je wilt loggen. Erg gebruiksvriendelijk.
Top Log!
Promised me life time support and then they changes platform so had to pay again. Now my airline has changed something within AIMS and eCrew and again they say, well there is nothing we can do. DO NOT GET THIS SOFTWARE. IT WILL COST YOU A FORTUNE NEXT TO FRUSTRATION.
I have paid twice for a “lifetime” subscription now. Once for MCC pilotlog, which changed to Crewlounge. Then again for Crewlounge pilotlog. Since my airline went to the new AIMS ecrew they no longer support the automatic upload function. So much for lifetime support
Very disappointing app and customer service. App: I always logged my hours via the verified emails from the flights. The moment I check the log and try to print it, there were a lot of mistakes. After adjusting all the mistakes (without the support as they don’t have any) and trying to print it. It changes all the flight data. Random PIC hours and flight times messed up. But in the app it looks all correct. Customer service: I really needed their support and they just don’t respond. Sometimes a message but then nothing for a long time. It takes me more than 6 weeks to get this issue sorted and they cannot even make a printout of my logbook and send me the pdf. I am very disappointed and it is a true waste of money.
Not able to upload flight data from adsb?:(
The app used to run fine, but for the last few months I have got the feeling that money is saved on checking upcomming releases. After every update another update follow to correct issues. Now for instance, I am unable to save pax numbers and fuel information. Overall I really like the app but Im hugely dissapointed by the lack of quality control of releases.
The logbook is nice, ads-b function is great. What’s not so nice is that when importing my roster it does not load simulator sessions. Furthermore if I manually insert Sim sessions and I import a new roster it deletes those sessions.
