I love this app. It works very well, great features, little to no glitches. I have no complaints, and it {low-key} motivates me to get up and go.

Apple apps testing questionable
Apple IOS introduces problems, apps like polar heart rate monitors are not tested properly either. Some features are highly inaccurate and a gimmick. A few nights ago I slept for around 7 hours, but the polar hrm which normally indicates less hours than what I slept, indicated that I had slept almost 10 hours. The watch was being charged as the battery was low, then I put it on for a few minutes before going to sleep. So it did not register that it was in. Charge state nor the activity before getting into bed. All of this was taken as sleep time. The most inaccurate app is the Apple fitness app that works today and then the next day indicates you have met the requirements for an award or badge but does nothing to finalise it. At times one has to restart the phone many many times and if you are lucky it may work. There is a discrepancy in number of steps and distance covered between fitness app and polar hrm. I would prefer to trust polar. Apple is overrated by a long way.
Awesome
It’s simple, and easy to use, and the data sets are clearly visible. I very much like the chart that allows you to overlay different things, like heart rate over cadence, or incline. I also like being able to see your data at different points on the route. Pretty awesome overall. I should add longevity of their products and platform means that I’ll always be coming back for more, even when I upgrade. Thanks Polar!
Too Complicated & Slow
Takes ages to sync, won’t sync in the background. Just an awful experience. Can’t wait to get back to Garmin.

01. Build own face and the data field you will have on face after you build your own face!! 02. Option to use your photo’s and pictures to give your polar monitor a background and datafield of your choice!!! 03. Can make the datafield more sections to see on the sport profiles from 4 to 5 or more!!

Paired with a Grit Pro X and love both the watch and the Flow app. Would just like to have an option for dark mode/view.
