Connectivity issues
Will not connect to polar H10 after first use. Unable to resolve through support after going through the myriad of fixes. Video support on their website does not match options in the app. Piece of trash after one use.
Can’t reconnect after updating firmware
Updated the firmware to my device after being prompted, and now the device won’t connect to the app, despite it having worked for months before, and it currently being connected via Bluetooth. Aren’t firmware upgrades supposed to help functionality not hurt it?
Easy to use but missing something.
I really enjoy the app. I like uploading my workouts and seeing my progress. I think it’s impossible to make the app happy with regards to training. You’re always overdoing it or not working hard enough. lol, just listen to your body and not what the screen tells you. My only ask is add a food tracking feature. I don’t like trying to sync yet another app like my fitness pal. It would be amazing to have everything you need in one place. But, still a good app. Love my Polar Pacer and the options it gives me.

Went with Apple for two months came back to polar
Love it.
Love it , use it every day, but just recently probably user error my pace and distance don’t show up on my pictures like they used to.
Great when sleep data syncs
For some reason there is a delay between when I wake up and when I can get my sleep data to appear in the app. The first day it worked seamlessly, since then I seem to have to refresh multiple times, reconnect my sensor to the app and my phone. It’s not as seamless as my Fitbit used to be. I do love the detail I get with Polar, but simple it is not.
Can’t Paste into Password Field
I haven’t gotten into the app yet but already I’m annoyed because it won’t let me paste into the retype password field. I type a character and then paste and it clears out the field. I use a password manager and so disabling paste makes me use a bad password. Poor security. Also they do a poor job of labeling form elements so that autofill works … this is just lazy devs and PMs
Very inconsistent/long sync times
When it works, it’s great. But generally syncs take between 20 and 60 min.
