There is space to improve this app.
I think it’s missing the travel log - like the one in Volvo app and that can be installed in P2.
It’s also missing a charging history. Where we can see the date time when charging occurs, with information on start and end time, the charge rate, kw/h consumed and the state/percentage of conclusion - if it was interrupted by user, by grid outage, or was completed normally. This info would allow users to match it with info in charging apps and see if it’s correct what’s being charge to the users.

Constantly asking me to log back in. My phone never works as a key. Completely useless
Keeps prompting me to log in
Every time I use the app I have to log in. It’s infuriating!
Flaky
App continues to logout, for no apparent reason, recently showing as blank on the widget, but when you click on it it’s fine? What’s the point of the widget then? Never use this over a key as could never rely on it.
One good thing is the remote locking, it does do that well and promptly, wish the car did it for you….

Easy to use
V easy to use, but could do with a couple additional small things. Pre Climate, this should be able to be adjusted rather than only 22 degrees (too warm), then also a reminder to lock your car if accidentally left unlocked. Love this car though.
Severe battery drain
The Polestar app has worked perfectly well for the last two years, but since moving from iPhone 11 over to an iPhone 16 pro and IOS 18 (now on IOS 18.2), the app constantly runs in the background, making the phone hot to touch and draining the battery well before the day is over - even when notifications and background app refresh are set to off! I have no choice but to delete this app until a fix is applied.
