Less glitchy than before. But still no ability to set charge % limit from the app. Its more responsive than before but no additional features

Some very good features. However, it seems to be not working most of the time. Would expect better. My experience either the app is not working or the car is not connected … experience rarely runs smoothly …. Always have a car key …. It cannot be relied on

Major app functions do not work such as finding the car’s location or charge level. Very poor experience given that competitors such as Audi or BMW have this nailed. UPDATE: Since my car received v2.4 OTA update the app features are working fully now.

Not many car functions available on app and logs user our every week without fail

Great that the latest version has a remote over the air has the option to change the charge limit

Finally you can set the target max charge! Keep improving the app PS! Some nice to haves I’d like to see - Set a Temperature control for climate remotely - Close windows if left open etc

Typical Polestar. Requires a software version in the car that is NOT available for the new features to work Polestar really have not grasped software or the customer service that people expect on an expensive car.

Can’t close or open the windows through the app when locking and unlocking the car.

More versatility with the app would be welcomed things like being able to set the temperature for climate Open windows turn on the headlights and send navigation to the car so it’s ready for when you get in.

When it works, it’s pretty good. However, often charging instructions are ignored, warmup instructions just don’t happen and settings don’t save. Even more infuriating is sometimes (maybe after an update?) you try and open it and you’re asked for your username and password (Face ID and thumbprint don’t seem to be an option) and none of your info is stored in the phone’s memory like for other Apps so you need to try and remember your password. As we’re supposed to make it unique and never write it down I invariably can’t, so go fora reset. A few weeks later the same thing happens and I need to create another password that I’m even less likely to remember. Why can’t this app save our details like every other app in the world can??
