Phone interface and functionality with car are poor

Constantly asking me to log back in. My phone never works as a key. Completely useless

Every time I use the app I have to log in. It’s infuriating!

App continues to logout, for no apparent reason, recently showing as blank on the widget, but when you click on it it’s fine? What’s the point of the widget then? Never use this over a key as could never rely on it. One good thing is the remote locking, it does do that well and promptly, wish the car did it for you….

Could do with Apple Watch app.

V easy to use, but could do with a couple additional small things. Pre Climate, this should be able to be adjusted rather than only 22 degrees (too warm), then also a reminder to lock your car if accidentally left unlocked. Love this car though.

The Polestar app has worked perfectly well for the last two years, but since moving from iPhone 11 over to an iPhone 16 pro and IOS 18 (now on IOS 18.2), the app constantly runs in the background, making the phone hot to touch and draining the battery well before the day is over - even when notifications and background app refresh are set to off! I have no choice but to delete this app until a fix is applied.

Improvements have definitely been made but it’s still not a great app. Keeps logging out and requiring access to my work email for 3rd party authentication. It’s functional and not bad but it could be so much better if it was more stable

Keeps logging me off every time there's an update or when it feels like it. My bank app doesn't log me off this often.
