NOT Suitable for Postpartum!

Clearly the developer of this app has never had a baby. If you have diastasis recti (abdominal separation), weak pelvic floor (poor control over bladder), or other NORMAL postpartum issues, this app is not for you! You will pee your pants mid-jump and cause issues with your abdomen. Find an app with exercises that are actually appropriate for a recently pregnant woman.
