Needs improvement

All other home automation apps I have that work in conjunction with hubs are seamless; they operate identically whether I’m at home attached to my own WiFi network or elsewhere. This does not. It should. Also, the hub light is very annoying. The left side of the scale should mean Off. it doesn’t. You can’t turn the light off completely.

So far so good

Just recently installed at home and primarily for use when the house is empty and everyone seems okay for now. One bit of feedback for the app team - it would be helpful for the app to show which scene is currently in use for each blind/room. A combination of a visual on the app and/or a notification would be really helpful for remote users.

Rubbish keeps disconnecting and going red

This is such a waste of money. Always keeps disconnecting from my Wi-Fi network and goes to red. Total useless.

Please add function to set upper and lower limits

The application works very well and is well integrated with Alexa. I rarely have problems. I love all functions. There are two things missing that would make this a five stars! 1. You cannot activate/inactivate automations remotely 2. You cannot set upper and lower limits of a blind with the application.

No way to change WiFi AP

The developers seem to have left out the ability to change the settings for the wifi, in this update just when I need to change it. Please fix ASAP

Good but with issues

Generally works well for me and does as expected. A couple of issues I would appreciate looked into: 1. In the last month upper and lower limits of (roller) blinds seem to reset the self sporadically. Last 4 years no issues. 2. No ability to programme upper or lower limits on blinds (certainly not roller) from the app. Pebble is complex but does work. Seems an easy option to put into the app. 3. HomeKit does not work for scenes as the Powerview app does. It moves blinds one at a time and not in sync and at manual up and down speed as opposed to scene (gentle) speed. Thanks for looking into the issues for generally a good app and great blinds.

Update avoid

I own a generation one and two hub which used to do-exist. Latest update causes co-existence issues. Even with one unplugged the app can connect to “both”. Nightmare

Needs work

App keeps saying hub needs to be on same WiFi network when I know I am - so controls greyed out. System fails to discover one of our blinds. Automation doesn’t follow sunrise-sunset instructions. Disappointing. This was also hugely expensive compared with the cheap and reliable IKEA system.

No Power indicator

Just installed this and it all looks pretty decent, only issues I can see is that there is no way to see if the batteries for the blinds are charged and to what percentage? Am I missing something here? Also would have thought that programming the customised profile of each blind would have been easier. The installer just said to me to give up on that bit

App so unreliable

I have had power controlled blinds installed for 3 years now. For the whole time the app has been unreliable. Uninstall- reinstall etc etc. To the point it now just doesn't work. Please resolve...
