Worst ever app. Did not work when needed
I have started a video consultation but the chat window did not open and nor any doctor contacted. The help center did not helped as well. Worst ever app.

Do not allow to write prompt experiences in the reviews. All the reviews are sugar coated. Do not consider Practo to find good doctors based on their review
Fake hospitals onboarded
You should verify the hospitals before onboarding them. Some of them are super fake
Worst application
On day 1 received worst customer support
Notifications are negative!!
Hi team, pleas change the subject line of the notification. They sound negative. I saw a notification today which started like “are you having kidney stones”. It gives an impression as if you wish a given reader to have health issues for sake of your business.thank you.
Poor Service
I took a video consiltiaon in middle of night for an emergency with my wife. They showed available 5 star doctors with 1000 patient stories but they gave an unknown doctor with 0 patient stories. The said doctor(very young , seemed like she was in pg) didn’t even listen and gave some medication! Whole thing was over in 5 min. She don’t even look at camera

Issue regarding consultation
There should be an option to access chat during video consultation. Prescription if visible during video consultation would provide better clarity to us as patient
Cheaters
Practo will not show the actual fees charged by clinic or doctor . They even didn’t mentioned the customer while booking appointment. I paid 900 fees while the actual fees being charged by clinic was 600
