Amazing program. The app can be improved though. Lots of bugs with respect to adjusting time in between sides/sets/exercises. Would be perfect if this option actually worked

I appreciate being able to contact a person and get feedback and help! The exercises I have done have helped my pain level decrease and feel the app program is a great alternative to going to a private run physio that I can’t afford. Thank you team!
I have a joint disorder that causes tons of pain and degeneration despite being very young. Unfortunately as a student with this disability I’m not able to work as much as I’d like and so can’t afford the full program. After having a freak meniscus injury last year, even just having the handful of free exercises provided in the Meniscus Prehab module helped a ton before my surgery! The developers are super responsive and were able to resolve a bug that kept me from being able to use the app during my free trial period. Oh well haha. I hope one day I’ll be able to benefit from the full breadth of the program when I have the means to. :)
Need the ability to play music and use the app. I just started the lower back rehab and find it good so far. They should give a overview in a video of what we can expect from the program and how its going to help us. I find week 1 of the lower back rehab super easy but if I understand the reasoning, I would stay more motivated
This is the one app that I would recommend to anybody who wants to stay healthy and injury-free. The quality of the programming is quite frankly unmatched, and the range of programs and exercises is nothing short of amazing. There are no flashy exercises or movements here, and no (false) promises of ”5-minute abs.” The app easily stands out among all of the ”workout apps” which offer generic collections of exercises with no built-in progression. Definitely worth the price of an annual subscription.
I love everything about Prehab App, it helped me recover from several gym and office injuries, I have been a loyal customers for years, but recently my employment conditions have changed and I do not think I can afford it anymore. I would appreciate if you reconsider your prices.
Easy to navigate
I was actually really digging the interface and the workouts seem great so far. I have a torn meniscus and was hoping to add some prehab routines to my regular physio protocol. Unfortunately whenever I go to open the app, my Continue Prehabbing section is completely empty and I can’t see any information on where I’ve left off unless I log out and back in. Every single time I navigate in and out of the app. I hope this gets fixed because I was really liking it. :(
The routines and the layout of the app are good, my problem with the app is it uses too much cellular data. Watching a 20 minute stretching video uses up 1GB of my 20GB monthly allowance , making the app literally useless for me. My gym does not have wifi and I can’t do half the routines at home. I keep using huge amounts of data to play the same mobility videos everyday. This is actually a major flaw with the app. Not everyone lives in the US and has unlimited data plans. There’s so many ways developers use to minimize data consumption and not a single one has been implemented on this app. You guys could : 1. Let users play videos in lower quality. I don’t need my mobility video running in 4K or 1080p 2. Let users download the routines they are doing onto their devices. I’m playing the same routine everyday and wasting data running it. 3. Cache frequently accessed content or frequently watched videos onto the device. I paid $250 for this app and I literally can’t use it because it drains all my data!!!
While I enjoy this app and the exercise programs I find the app itself a bit buggy. I prefer to use the iPad when using this app as the screen is bigger to follow along with when doing the exercises. On the iPad I find it is hit and miss whether the app will load or not. I expect this is just growing pains with the new app and it's development but wanted to provide feedback so the issue could be resolved.
