I use prequel for my videos on tiktok and I didn’t have a problem for a long time but today I tried to open it and make a new video and my presets were not opening I redownloaded many times and nothing I did it again and again. After a lot of tries I logged in finally and then my presets were there but I couldn’t use them.
Used to work but now never loads the filters no matter how many times I delete it and re download it
They charge me the maximum amount for the week without giving me the 3 days free trial that they offer

It can’t load . Neither filters or effects works for me
It’s good app but a lot times It’s really slow and lagging, And I forget to say that This app has got too Many GB I have iOS And it’s 265 GB
