my 9/11 was the day they took away all the wonderful filters and put them behind a paywall

Money Hungry

You used to be able to get a TON of the filters and effects for free. Now, practically everything requires the VIP subscription. Absolutely ridiculous.

Latest Update

This latest update is completely garbage and disappointing. Almost for all the filters you got to get premium for them.

Used to be great - now most effects are premium

Used to love this app and use it all the time but with the most recent updates all of my saved filters and effects were removed and are now behind a premium paywall. Worthless.

Love this app! Just wish you could add more clips!

Why does this cost more than a streaming subscription. They are filters not food not water it’s not tangible it has no actual value. Charging $6 A WEEK? is crazy

Favorite video editing app

I truly love this app! Worth paying for a premium subscription. I would’ve given it a full 5 star rating but after the last update, I noticed there’s no original music attached to each of the video edits anymore. I specifically like the “film chronicles” video edit and I liked the original music that came with it and it’ll still play the song when you first click on the edit, before you start adding your own videos to it, and then the original music disappears and it’s only the audio from your videos; unless you add music from your own library. I would love to know what the original music is called if someone can help me out! Other than that, love the app.

Unsure if it’s worth it..

I’ve been gathering videos I’ve been filming on my phone this summer and finally got the app after going through a variety of reviews- after trying to assemble my first 2 min reel it wouldn’t let me save, this has happened now 5 time. Realizing that it won’t let me save my reel when using the effects on the app - what’s the point of the app?! Spent 2 hours already on this. Pretty annoying.

Save your money for VSCO and Facetune

The advertising for this app suggests that you would have significant AI improvements to a photo when it is literally just cheap trashy IG filters. Snapchat has better filters. This just puts grain on your photos, makes them darker, and changes the saturation. Embarrassing…

disappointed in you prequel

I used to rave about this app and how it offered really great filters but now about almost everything single one I religiously used is now part of premium and with no warning I lost all access to my saved filters and now I have to pay for it? These apps are all starting to just become the same money hungry apps like everyone else and it’s soooo disappointing
