It was a great app but all the filters I used are premium now disappointed im deleting this app now

Disappointing update
This editing software was once a fantastic tool, offering many features for free. However, after the recent update, several previously free features are now locked behind a paywall. While the update improved performance and added new tools, the abrupt removal of free access to essential filters and effects feels unfair to loyal users.
Everything is in pro not in free mode
So basically its not free not some but little filters are free only few

Prequel keeps downgrading
I don’t know what they’re doing with this app. It used to be my favourite video editor but now it’s hit rock bottom. Can’t believe I bought the annual subscription. The customer service is pathetic, the video export quality is horrible. After editing the video on prequel and saving it, I try to upload it on Instagram but after uploading, all the colours and filters of the video change, the quality also downgrades. It’s not the instagram compression for sure because I added filters on another app and uploaded the same video but the colours remained consistent. It’s a prequel issue. This app has the worst video export quality I’ve ever seen. It wasn’t like this before. I’ve used Prequel to edit my previous Instagram videos and never had a problem. But ever since August I’ve been facing issues. Also, I had another issue awhile back where I contacted the support but they asked me to file a complaint on the app and never contacted me or fixed my issue. Terrible customer support.
