App can’t open the guide how to do pick locker for Q delivery. I have informed them. However, they ignored it simply lol. So Q delivery put me on failed delivery 😂 When the delivery picked it up but they didn’t call. Failed service!
Many times the coupons can’t be used even when I’ve exceeded the amount. Over time, went to Shopee and sometimes Lazada, because of the stack up on coupons and coins we are getting better discounts and items are cheaper. Very important, it seems only Shopee search works better the rest just shows mostly unrelated items. Thanks

How to disable mobile number log-in? Appreciate do something about this to allow users to disable it. I recall 10+ years ago, can turn it on/off which I did try. Now it is impossible to disable at all. Any reason why users cannot have autonomy to disable that?
This online platform doesn’t support customers when there’s defective items even when I have reached out to seller and concurrently updated qoo10 to seek support immediately in case seller deny. Kept only telling me they don’t support. Terrible customer experience. Good benefit for seller who can just simply shoo customers away for defective items. Better go to other more reputable online platforms who will assist buyers in the event sellers do not honour.
I keyed in 486 for postal code but it kept popping 483. I wonder why it’s not prompting as the postal code of 486 as I’ve typed. This made me worried that it might delivered to wrong address.
Lack of products and sellers compare to other online platforms. More expensive too. Product qualities worst than getting directly from China with only 7 days return. The Qoo10 vouchers and coins are useless, products still more expensive than other online platforms.
