I’d rather use the app but the password reset keeps sending me to the website and as this is the only way to access my tickets I m reluctant to change anything here. I keep getting locked out for an hour so I can’t be bothered pursuing it.

After endless attempts to book tickets directly with UK trains that would not accept my card. A friend recommended LOCO2. After several irritating hours. LOCO2 had my tickets booked and confirmed in minutes. Received the exact same discount for advance purchase. Love this app.
Need to change ticket ASAP but unable to on app.

I can’t seem to find my booking on the ap?
Couldn’t find the train I wanted, so they set up an alert for me let me know when the tickets were released for my trip. So easy to use. Great info on the site, and we can use it from Australia
Booking lots of trains in Europe from Australia and really didn't know which website to use, first chose raileurope and then it was so hard to understand I tried Loco2... then I wished I booked all my tickets with loco2! Easy to navigate and choose classes etc. and to have all the tickets on the app is very helpful!
I tried numerous times to book 2 train tickets from Florence to Napoli for my husband and I, only to have failed transactions - either the page didn't load, my credit card details were rejected for some reason, my PayPal payment took a long time to load which resulted in my purchase time out! A total of about 6x until finally my last transaction using my credit card payment again looked like it was processing only it never did. The app froze on the processing page for 10 min! I eventually had to go to the train station to buy a ticket from another train line, that morning at 11am. Only to receive a confirmation email from Loco at 3pm that my transaction went through. This means I have wasted money on another 2 tickets for no reason! This was not a pleasant experience for our honeymoon. Regards
I've used this site for many bookings and find it superb - lots of information given to assess which option is best for me - times and prices. I've managed to find some good cheap first class seats too - the icing on the cake
