The previous iteration of this app was far more user-friendly and had a clearer interface - loading tickets direct to iwallet for easy scanning. On this new version I somehow bought a ticket for the wrong direction - only found this after paying...as the ticket won’t load unless you have Acrobat if PDF reader. Awful.
Great train - sketchy app.
Absolutely hopeless.... won’t accept my email address ( gmail) which I’ve used for ten years. Back to the drawing board on this app!
When buying a carnet, some tickets show used when they aren’t. No way of having a terminal preference (always defaults to 2&3 and not quick to change). Used ticket system doesn’t work easily at all. Even hard to post a comment as you have to find a unique nickname.
Bought ticket through app - didn’t upload or be able to be added to Apple Wallet.
Hi, I arrived at Heathrow yesterday at 4.30pm and and due to all services on Heathrow Express being cancelled, I had to take the local underground to get to London Paddington . This was not only inconvenient with the suitcases, was time consuming and costed me additionally while I had bought a return pass Heathrow- Paddington. I have been advised to seek a refund for the one way via the website. Can you please provide me a refund to the same CC that I paid from for only one way. Can’t add Heathrow express ticket to Apple wallet. When will this bug be fixed?
I keep checking for updates, but there hasn’t been any to fix this repeated crashing. So many of similar apps work well, but I don’t remember when this one did. 3 months until I have to use it, but guess I won’t be anytime soon.
App seems to crash in ios12. Loads ok but abruptly closes when “view tickets” is pressed. Ipad6.
Ok app but doesn't show purchases bought on website. However biggest bug is the constant updates on status of train. There is no way to disable this. I live overseas and still get updates letting me know a service thousands of miles away is running on time. About to delete it to try & stop them.
