superb
I had tested many other apps before like opal, appblock, one sec etc… But this one stands out! Very complete features. props mainly for the schedules option, which I was looking for a long time! Social media addiction can be hard to manage, but this one saved me!
Excellent App for controlling your distractions
I limited my access to the Apps to where I drift for procrastinating and it helped a lot. Unfortunately, I think iOS 17.5.1 broke ScreenZen. I will have to disable it for a while.
