Refocus: App Blocker & Limits

Eu o amo porque consegui parar de entrar de forma automatizada no instagram. Antes dele, eu pegava o celular para fazer algo e do nada estava nas redes, mesmo sem querer e por puro vício!

I installed this app with the goal to spend less time in apps like instagram or tiktok, although youtube is also pretty addicting I usually need it for uni activities so unblocking and blocking again is just too much work. The app does it’s job really well in blocking wanted apps and keeping track of your screen time (don’t judge me but my screen time keeps going up, can’t just not use my phone or ipad or computer because now all activities and exams are online). The app is amazing and I’ve been using it for almost a month and it’s been a peaceful time not having to use my phone for distracting activities and mindless scrolling. I recommend it fairly to all users who may want to achieve the same goals as me like keeping away from certain apps.

All the free settings are enough to keep me away from my phone, specially while I work from home (where my biggest problem is). Love it!

Tinha baixado um similar mas que só liberava 2 horas p bloquear app, nesse eu consigo bloquear por até 8 horas. Além das outras funcionalidades que são muito boas. Da p usar tranquilamente sem ter que comprar a versão paga

Um app bom que funciona direitinho, não sei como não descobri antes. Me deixa longe do celular, mas se eu quiser usar eu também consigo. 🥇🙌
