Una app que te ayuda en todo momento en tu proceso de dejar el alcohol. Muy completa,ofrece lecturas diarias, reflexiones, ehercios practicos, retos, motivaciones, webinars con expertos, fabulosa. Si deseas relacionarte de otro modo con el alcohol esta app te ayudará a encontrar el modo. Lo único a mejorar es que solo está en inglés.

La app está muy bien lograda y es muy completa. A mi me ha ayudado mucho. Puede parecer cara, pero teniendo en cuenta lo que antes gastaba en bebida, se paga sola.

I never leave reviews but honestly I love this app. Only on day 8 but I haven’t drank or had the urge. Love the science behind why alcohol is bad for us and the non judgmental tone. Also love they offer a free week to try the app out first. I’m paying now but it’s honestly worth it, it keeps me accountable and I’m feeling so much better mentally and physically. Thank you Reframe!

I wanted to delete the app but i couldnt they say the deletion is requested but now im over the trial period and afraid they will charge me 120 euros

Don’t suscribe for the “7 day free trial” unless you’re pretty sure that you are able to pay 99€. I wanted to try just the free trial, today is the last day I had of the “free trial”, there are 7 hours remaining for it to end, but they just charged me the 99€, when I was planning to cancel it. I cancel it just after I saw the charge but they won’t refund me anything. All of the “7 day free trial” thing is made up to confuse people and get charged.
