If you’re motivated, this app will definitely help
This app worked for me and it still helps me every day now that I’m being sober. It must be said that I decided to quit drinking alcohol before downloading it, I was motivated and THEREFORE I looked for help and was willing to accept and put in practice suggestions. It’s your determination that will do the job, not the app. That said , I don’t know how well I would have gotten through it without Reframe. Knowing what‘s going on inside my body chemistry, considering all possible mental traps, reading tips and tricks for fighting cravings and temptations, keeping a positive mental attitude after a slip, worked very well in my case. I even started to exercise every day during the movember challenge and I made it a habit- something I never managed to do in my entire life. There’s also a community of users- I didn’t interact a lot because I felt the need to do everything on my own, but it’s there and it can offer a huge help to those users that need human interaction in this voyage. I find the app a bit expensive when compared to other self help apps. But recovering from addiction is worth the money. I now wish I could use Reframe for other addictions - sugar and food for example.
