اذا تطالبهم بفلوس انسساها

لي الان حدود ٦ شهور ولا رجع لي اي شيء ووالله مااسامحهم ومازلت احاول اشوف كيف ارفع عليهم كل شي مثبت عندي

Be aware of this , you make a reservation and pay for it then they ask you to pay nearly 100% more to confirm your booking, then of course you ask got cancel and refund, they do cancel but will never have your

احذروا منهم

شركة محتالة ووهمية والله العظيم ،اشتريت تذكرة وتم دفع المبلغ كامل وبعد مرور يوم كامل أرسلوا لي عالإيميل ارتفع سعر التذكرة ياتدفع زيادة المبلغ الخيالية أو نسترجع مبلغ التذكرة لك، وعند طلبي استرجاع مبلغ التذكرة لم يسترجعوه وعندما أردت أن أرفع شكوى أخبروني بأنها شركة وهمية

تجربة سيئة

حجزت عن طريق رحلات وكان في خطأ في الحجز تواصلت مع الدعم وطلبت الغى الحجز وافادني الموظف خمسة ايام عمل يرجع المبلغ في حسابي والان كملت سنة ولى حياة لمن تنادي اتواصل معاهم وهذا ردهم رفعنا للقسم المالي ويومين يجيك الرد ولاعاد تشوف احد فيهم

لا تفكر تستخدمه

استخدمته لحجز ليلتين في فندق فالرياض و لما وصلت اتفاجأت بانهم ارسلولي رسالة (فالبريد المزعج بين الاعلانات) انه حجزي صار ملغي و اضطريت الف الرياض كلها عشان القى فندق ثاني و كمان المبلغ الي دفعته. ما ردوه لي ولا حطوه فالمحفظة رغم مطالبتي منهم به منذ حدوث هذا الموقف ، اكثر من ٦ شهور

I strongly dont advise using this app or their website. It is cheaper to book through the airline directly. I booked a flight from Riyadh to Cairo through rehlat and then immediatly checked the airlines website and it was cheaper by SAR 200 . I called the company and they confirmed that rehlat charges an extra fee, and for nothing in return. انصح بشدة عدم استخدام هذا التطبيق او الموقع. الاسعار في موقع شركات الطيران يكون اقل. حدث معي حجزت رحلة من الرياض الى القاهرة عن طريق موقع رحلات ، ثم في نفس الدقيقة شفت السعر في موقع شركة الطيران اقل من موقع رحلات ب ٢٠٠ ريال. اتصلت على خدمة العملاء واكدو لي ان موقع رحلات يحتسب رسوم اضافية ب ٢٠٠ ريال تقريبا في حالتي، لكن بدون اي مقابل. فلا داعي ابدا لاستخدام موقع رحلات الافضل اما الحجز عن طريق مواقع شركات الطيران او عن طريق المواقع المعروفة الاخرى .

Don’t ever use this, you will regret it. They will cancel your tickets, or asking for more money after booking the flight with 24 hours! (changing fare), when asking for refund they simply don’t refund.
