Signia App

There are three buttons in the menu but they all lead to the Bluetooth / battery status. Would be great if I can set Bluetooth airplane mode with one of these buttons instead of it buried so far deeply in the settings. Even better if I can use a widget or shortcut to toggle it.

Stopped working after yesterday’s update

Frequently when you open the app and connect to the hearing aid, then after a while if switch off the hearing aid for a short moment, when turning on the hearing aid again and open the app, cannot connect via Bluetooth, need to close the app and reopen it. Or even need to turn off and on both devices and the app to make it connect. No mic volume control on app. Other brands can allow control the volume of Mic Balance Equaliser should allow to adjust left or right separately and should be enhanced to allow adjustment of more detailed frequencies range, not just sharp or soft

Quite noisy and unable to connect to Bluetooth most of the time. Battery weak after 3 hours usage listeninj music

Its not stable, one day we see the left and right sound and the next day its gone, disappeared Pls help

Very disappointing app after having paid so much for the pair of hearing aids. The battery beep for both sides doesn’t work all the time. Volume for each programme goes back to default whenever you switch programme. Overall it is a useless app. Audiologist said will feedback but no improvement. Should have gone for Phonak.

Very disappointing app. It connects at its whims and fancies. The Bluetooth very erratic and I have deleted and downloaded the app atleast 10 times. Also it has no switching mechanism so if there are incoming or outgoing calls the system goes back to ground zero and we have to start all over again

After update app won’t open! Please fix this asap.

The app connection to hearing aid is poor. It cannot be connected easily whereas other app has no problem.

Directional hearing function is not in app
