Description

Oticon Companion provides you with discreet, improved control over your hearing aids – so you can personalize your listening experience for any environment, find your hearing aids if they become lost, get remote support from your hearing care professional when you need it, and much more.

The Oticon Companion App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth® hearing aids. However, some app features may require a specific hearing aid model or a firmware update. Please consult your hearing care professional for assistance with firmware updates.

With Oticon Companion, you can:

• Adjust the volume of your hearing aids and various settings (e.g. remote microphone, noise reduction, and sound and streaming equalizer)
• Switch between predefined programs according to the different listening situation you are in
• Monitor your battery levels
• Help you find your hearing aids if you lose them
• Use SpeechBooster to reduce background noise and enhance speech when you need to focus on conversation.
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Customize your surrounding sounds with the sound equalizer*
• Set and track hearing aid wear-time goals with the HearingFitness™ feature*
• Use the streaming equalizer for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth® hearing aids except Oticon Opn™ and Oticon Siya
• Have your hearing aids adjusted and receive counseling from the comfort of your own home – via a live video call with your hearing care professional
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters or devices, such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip, which can be used both for streaming and as a remote microphone

Weak and slow connection

When I open this app, it took more than 2mins. So frustrated!!

Poor connectivity

The connection to the apps is v slow. It takes more than 60 second to connect while the old apps is instant

The Oticon Companion version 1.2.2 has a problem. In the morning I used Oticon Companion to check and confirm that both my More hearing aids are connected In the afternoon when I check again it will show one hearing aid as NOT connected even though I have been wearing my hearing aids the whole morning. To fix the problem I have tOff my my iphone and switch to switch it ON. This is a great nuisance. Please correct ASAP. I inserted my hearing aids and I can hear sounds from both my Right and Left HA’s When I restated my iphone and Oticn Companion App it shows both hearing aids (Left and Right) NOT CONNECTED. It is trying to connect but the reconnecting process is taking FOR EVER. I have come to the stage i am considering throwing away my HA’s and deleting the OTICON companion App THIS IS THE WORST APP that I have ever used. I am using IPhone 13 Pro. IOS 17’.0.2

Very slow connection

This app needs to improve. Very slow connection and response and not stable.

Slow Connection, and complicated UI

Im an everyday user of my hearing aid and this brand, at first i was excited to try the new app, but it was too slow to connect to my HA, i went back to the original Oticon ON; which was easy to use and fast. Now i have to use this new app coz ON has retired. Wish you can improve the speed of connection and easy UI usage.
