Screen keeps freezing
The screen on my iPad freezes when viewing online. The dialogue continues with a frozen picture. I have to reset the app to unlock the screen.

Don’t like new version 5.0 design
New design lack out is terrible. Preferred the older versions where we could customize our preferred topics.

Videos don’t render
Videos don’t render, complains about WiFi strength although I have full signal bars. Doesn’t matter, as news are the biased as CNN. Regards South Africa
Regaining the overview 4.0.1
At first I thought the styles options would fix the wasted space. However, no option is free from double spacing and dead space before the footer of each article. Because Reuters repeats articles with slight updates you have to scroll a LOT to get to something of interest. Also finding content in science and technology WAY OUT OF DATE E.g. eclipse and meteor showers. I’m on the point of giving up. I strongly recommend you provide a new style “classic” which goes back to old format plus tabs. Tony Roberts
