Since the iOS release, the app freezes and skips. Audio is not well “balanced”, as sometimes it is very loud and sometimes it’s very quiet. It also times out and stops playing, I have to change my screen settings, which is very annoying. Awful experience overall, I even uninstalled the app hoping that it would work but it is the same issue over and over. Not worth it. Deleted the app just now. Such a shame, I loved it :(

The app won’t open on my phone. It keeps crashing.

Apple TV app was the finest news app I have ever used. I really miss it, please bring it back.

Aunque su periodismo es el mejor del mundo es una pena que su aplicación no tenga la función de búsqueda. Si encuentro un artículo que me interesa en mi navegador por medios distintos a la app, voy a la app y no puedo marcarlo. Pero la verdadera razón por la que le doy esta calificación es porque las noticias en mi feed de la sección Lationamericana no se actualizan, una y otra vez me muestra los encabezados de hace dos años. En medio de una pandemia eso hace la aplicación básicamente inservible.

When reading on other Apps, I am able to select a word in the text and then tap “Lookup “ in order to see a definition of the word or to find more information. The “Lookup” is not possible in the Reuters App… This feature would be a great addition to your app. Another issue is the inability to select and enlarge an image. Many times the details of an article associated tables are too small to read, unfortunately I am unable to enlarge them, they are unreadable and thus useless.

Thought it was a bug but they seemed to have taken away their widget. They were IMO one of the best news apps from design and relevancy. Was great to see everything going on and then right into the article. Have to fall back to Apple News I guess. :/

Great content--poor interface. I'll pay to remove ads but this doesn't seem to be an option. Why not? Additionally, why can't I highlight text anymore? I used to be able to highlight and then look up the words on iOS. Lastly, why can't I zoom in on photos? It used to work. This app interface just keeps getting worse overall. These are basic things that other news apps handle with ease.
