What happened
With this last update I have lost my video news stream. I watched the video stream every day and it was great. Now I have to click on each story. Please bring back the continuous video news.

Update ruined app
I actually would use the app to watch the news video feed, hands free, as a busy parent. After the latest update I’m now fed commercials and am forced to doom scroll. Goodbye!
You ruined it
You took a great app that I could open & watch or listen to news while working around the house and ruined it by making me hunt for videos. The news reporting is good, but I don’t have time to click around an app to look for videos. Please add back the feature that played all news videos.
Poor redesign
And now for some constructive criticism. I don’t plan on using your app any further. I think the redesign is very poor. On an apple device, the first thing I see is large sized fonts, not images. Images are what sells the story not large font sizes.
Useless My News
I’m disappointed with the My News features on the latest update. Reuters TV has always been perfect because you can just put it on and get the most important news of the day (especially back when there was a 30 minute version). I don’t want to select my interests because they vary, and I have long had the confidence in Reuters to deliver the best news in a succinct manner. If I have to select every subject, will I get more news in general, even smaller stories? This feature feels useless and has replaced my favorite feature of the app.
Why change a good thing?!
This app just became absolutely useless, a mess to navigate and key news got deleted. Whoever is in charge of this needs to get fired. It was perfect to start the day by letting the videos run, getting a great fairly balanced news update. This all got removed. I don’t mind signing in, after all that’s what I have “hide me email” for - signing in without getting bothered, but making me do all that to end up with a horrible version of your app… why?!
Same good quality news with a nicer UI
As always Reuters is at the top of unbiased news, and now with a new interface that is much smoother. Not perfect, but much better than the old look imo
Will not use until video playback is fixed
I used to watch the video news feed while I made breakfast. I cannot re-browse the video selections every two minutes to sort out and select the next non-viewed video. There is an auto-play option in the settings of the app. Either it does not do what I think it should (toggle an autoplay feature in video playback) or it is broken. I love this news source but the app has become unusable. Please fix it so I can get my morning news once again.
Reuters Now gone with new update
I used to love watching the Reuters Now video that lasted around 60 mins and was updated throughout the day. The latest update scraps this. This was the best feature of the app in my opinion
Messes with audio
I guess as part of the redesigned app’s attempts to push podcasts on me Reuters now halfway mutes any audio I’m listening to. Used to enjoy reading the news while I listened to music, but this new feature makes Reuters unusable in most situations.
