Too easy to close app and lose ride
Should be able to reopen the app and continue the same ride when you inadvertently close it, if done within a reasonably short time

App is entirely unusable for me. Constant error messages whenever I try to plan a route using any address. Running a 14 pro Max with the latest software and a very good network connection so it’s definitely not a hardware problem.
Downloaded this app to find some rides in the UK. Found absolutely nothing. No epic roads. No Best roads and no great roads. The map section is just that. A map. The challenges all seem to be in the US, Africa or New Zealand. Again, nothing for the UK. On this brief look alone I most definitely wouldn’t be paying for premium access and wouldn’t recommend anyone else do so. Maybe if some content for the UK starts to appear it may become a better app but until then I’ll be removing it from my phone.
Cannot get my GoPro to connect. Support was useless, so cancelling my subscription. Shame really, because I chose it over all rivals for its GoPro function
The app is ok here in the U.K. I use it for mapping routes and then following the route line as well as tracking. Annoyingly, though, I have had a few occasions where the tracking has just stopped randomly and I have not noticed until I have got to my destination. Very annoying if I have travelled a long way which I would like to have tracked to find it hasn’t recorded it. Also, it is constantly bringing up notifications on my Home Screen to allow the app to use Bluetooth to find devices. I DO NOT use it with Bluetooth and, if I did, I would select the option to allow the app to use it myself without having to be prompted. REVER sort these issues out. I pay for Pro and expect a better service.
Constantly crashing/force closing
I really like the app but I have only really used it to track my rides not to guide me. I looked to upgrade to the pro app but it’s nearly £40 a year! That’s a ridiculous price. The only real reason I have to upgrade is for the turn by turn guidance but according to the reviews it’s rubbish anyway. Save some money and use this for recording your ride and google/apple maps for the route (just run both apps at the same time).
Takes forever to plot a route then crashes before you finish to save. Starts the ride at the end point so you must plot in reverse otherwise it will constantly try to turn you round or give routes off your main route which is just confusing. Sends you the wrong way around roundabouts. They don’t reply to queries in a timely manner. Waiting try and cancel my subscription as thee is no information as to how to do this. Save yourself the frustration of using this and get another.
So I just spent £36 f$&cking quid on buying this app only to find that when I start a plotted route a disclaimer comes up stating that I may be rerouted, in part. Low and behold I f$&cking was which took me away where I wanted to be. I bought this app on the back of a recommendation from Teapotone a motorcycle blogger in the UK found in YouTube......f$&cking annoyed. Obviously they put another disclaimer in when you buy it that you can’t get your money back......dishonest.
As a navigation tool, this app is hopelessly broken. It might be slightly better on right hand drive areas, but on left hand drive countries it’s bad and unusable. First, the instructions are way too verbose. For instance, when approaching a roundabout it is sufficient to say “take 3rd exit” or even “3rd exit”. There is definitely no need to go all verbose with “Enter the roundabout and then take the 3rd exit”. The verbosity makes it very difficult (and potentially dangerous) to make out what I’m supposed to do. Less is more. Secondly, there is no traffic alerts that I could find. At least in the UK. Thirdly, the icons on the left of the instructions are just downright wrong. They are pointing in the wrong directions, and if you encounter a roundabout the icon is nigh dangerous as it instructs you to go round anti-clockwise. On left hand drive countries, we go clockwise round a roundabout. Also the income indicating where the exits are are wrong. For example, 3rd exit is typically on the right but the icons keep showing left. I suspect most users are only using it to rack up miles for the sweepstakes. They don’t actually use the tool for navigating.
