I am new-ish to erging and always looking for ways to improve my form. The workouts are challenging at any level and the built in metronome and timer help so much with pacing the stroke! I use this alongside my Hydrow to help me improve. Love it!
Well worth the yearly subscription. Lots of workouts to choose from. Keeps rowing from getting too routine!
Fantastic app! Great workouts for people who are new to rowing and great for people who row for the fitness test! Thank you for making it simple and fun!
Have a water rower and have watched some YouTube videos but was looking for an app that would coach me at reasonable cost. This does what I was looking for very well. I appreciate the warm up warm down exercises. I decided to go with the one time payment which over ten years will be a great deal. Whichever app you decide I wish you well and happy rowing!!!
This is a great start to your rowing journey. It’s guided. Simple. Has a good program.
Second day of using the app, it’s pretty easy to use, I like it, I wish there was someway to connect directly to my machine to track the stats but overall, I like it so far. Maybe incorporating a video with the workout?
This has been my introduction to proper rowing( using a solid cadence, timed goals, etc) and so far I’m really enjoying it. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to get into rowing as a fitness endeavor. There are multiple different program styles for strength building, fat burning, endurance, etc. Great app and one I’m using daily now.
Very helpful getting started.
This app would be significantly more useful if it also functioned on the Apple Watch. It is not always possible to position the phone so that you can see the app while you’re working out. I’m not yet sure that this is worth the $80 price.
