Rozeta is a suite of MIDI sequencers and controllers that lets you explore a new, freeform approach to sequencing and controlling mobile music apps.
The app contains 10 MIDI Audio Units (a totally new feature in iOS11) in a single package, which can be loaded in compatible MIDI AU hosts (AUM, Cubasis 2, ApeMatrix, Sequencism).
1) Rozeta Bassline: a monosequencer based on the popular Troublemaker sequencer. Obviously comes with all the randomization and mutation features. Up to 8 patterns per sequence, with Follow Actions. Transpose using MIDI.
2) Rozeta Rhythm: a euclidean drum sequencer with mutations per instrument and polyrhythms. Comes with configurable key mappings for many popular drum apps.
3) Rozeta X0X: classic TR-styles step sequencer for drum machines. Supports triplets, polyrhythms and mutations per channel. Optionally emulates the exact timing jitter pattern of the legendary TR-808
4) Rozeta LFO: a triple MIDI LFO generator lets you modulate CC parameters of your MIDI instruments. Apply amplitude modulation to each wave for more organic behavior. Optionally syncs to tempo.
5) Rozeta XY: a double XY Controller Pad for generating 4 simultaneous configurable CC controller streams per instance. Also features MOD wheel and PitchBend sliders.
6) Rozeta Arpeggio: adds a MIDI arpeggiator to any of your synths. Offers latch mode, shuffle and automatic tempo synchronization. Turn any incoming MIDI stream into an arpeggio on the fly.
7) Rozeta Particles: MIDI particle generator - generates a cloud of MIDI notes that create pseudo-random patterns when bounding off the walls.
8) Rozeta Cells: Polyphonic Step Recorder - record and play back polyphonic phrases and patterns.
10) Rozeta Scaler (NEW): MIDI Scale Quantizer and Transposer - tune incoming MIDI to a different scale, never play out of tune again.
Notes:
- these plugins do not run as a standalone app and require a compatible host to work
- MIDI is not sound. To make sound you'll have to feed the MIDI into a synthesizer or instrument app. Bring your own synths!

Could be much more flexible
This seems quite powerful at first, but soon as you start using it for anything serious, the deficiencies become very obvious.
Windows don't resize properly in AUV3 windows, a lot of UI elements become obscured and it's very hard to understand how to stretch the plugin window to make them visible again.
Very few controls can be changes via MIDI or AU host parameters, and some UI elements are quite inscrutable, specifically:
* In Rozetta Rhythm none of the sequence controls for any channel such as number of beats, shift etc can be controlled via MIDI or AU parameters.
* In Cells you can't see notes stored in a given cell, it's essentially read-only.
* Again, in Cells maximum note length is of very small value, unsuitable for pads. It's also not controllable via MIDI or AU params

Very handy midi plugs
Had these midi plugs for 1 year and they’ve been incredibly useful. Everything from the sequencers, to the XY pads and the LFOs(though I’d love’em to go a bit faster so I can do S&H in time with my 120 bpm songs). A Midi Envelope would complete this suite nicely, I’d even buy it as add on or separate plug.

High quality app for bargain price
This is so good and after watching videos was a big reason I bought an iPad. Many hours spent jamming with the suite alongside AUM and my fav synths and drum machines. Much respect for this and the other apps from bram bos
If you got this far...
Do it! Plug them into AUM; they take about a day to figure out, then they begin to play themselves. Don’t feed them after midnight!
Cannot use on beatmaker e
Cannot find any proper help on how to set it up?
Found one video from the developer but the video is so fast ...cannot follow

I have spent enough time on this app’ I honestly cannot use in beatmaker 3, sometimes it plays random notes and then it stops ! I have followed some qui found on your web site but it didn’t work .... why? I have use beatmaker 3 with lots of other apps it works fine but not with this app ?,, shame
Essential iOS11+ music app
The reason I risked everything and went from a safe iOS and into the unknown. Very, very happy to have taken the risk, Rozeta is a revolution in iOS music, complimenting the very best of its AUv3 hosts.
A suit of midi generators for the price of one, I use them daily to quickly get ideas going before opening a DAW to refine. Many of the apps in the suite have seen modifications and added features due to the devs constant conversations with music makers on the Audiob.us web site. This is the way to make apps!
