Problème avec Face ID
Impossible d’utiliser Face ID avec un iPhone 14 pro (tester sur deux téléphones) le code apparaît 1 seconde et tous les chiffres se mettent à zéro. Obligé de désactiver Face ID pour utiliser l’application.

With the RSA Authenticator app, you can use either OTP credentials or additional cloud based MFA for authentication:
• SecurID software OTP Credential generate one-time passwords that provide more reliable security than reusable passwords.
• Approve (push notifications) prompts you to authenticate by tapping a button on your registered device.
• Biometrics methods allow you to authenticate with the biometrics available on your device.
Simple, fast, and all within the same app!
iOS users:
• For security reason, the RSA Authenticator app does not function on devices that are rooted or jailbroken.
• QR code method allows you to authenticate by scanning a QR code provided by the authentication interface.
macOS users:
• Please contact your help desk Administrator to provision the software token for you to import in the Authenticator app.
Note: Your company must be an RSA customer to use this app. Please contact your Help Desk Administrator if you did not receive the information required to register your device.
The RSA Authenticator app is an update to the existing SecurID 4.X app and a replacement for SecurID Authenticate 3.9.x app.

Token info disappear after update?
The app updated today and my token is simply gone. How on earth is that possible?

RSA token file sent by my IT department can no longer be opened with the RSA app when using the lastest iOS Only works with iOS 12 or older but not iOS 13

Problème avec iPhone 8
Problème sur iPhone 8 depuis la mise à jour l’apps ne s’ouvre plus. Seconde fois que je la désinstalle
Pas pratique.
Look vieillot, application peu soignée. Pas de possibilité de copier-coller un code. Pas de compatibilité iPhone X. Pas de compatibilité Apple Watch. Pas de possibilité d’accès rapide par widget.
Apple Watch ?
Simple et claire. N'hésitez pas à faire la même chose sur l'Apple Watch 😏
