Description
With the RSA Authenticator app, you can use either OTP credentials or additional cloud based MFA for authentication:
• SecurID software OTP Credential generate one-time passwords that provide more reliable security than reusable passwords.
• Approve (push notifications) prompts you to authenticate by tapping a button on your registered device.
• Biometrics methods allow you to authenticate with the biometrics available on your device.
Simple, fast, and all within the same app!
iOS users:
• For security reason, the RSA Authenticator app does not function on devices that are rooted or jailbroken.
• QR code method allows you to authenticate by scanning a QR code provided by the authentication interface.
macOS users:
• Please contact your help desk Administrator to provision the software token for you to import in the Authenticator app.
Note: Your company must be an RSA customer to use this app. Please contact your Help Desk Administrator if you did not receive the information required to register your device.

Upon loading the app. Error. Upon installation of token. Error. Happens on iOS 17.0.2. iPhone 15 pro max.
App have problem initializing
Your app have error initialising with iPhone 15 Pro IOS version 17.0.2. Kindly fix ASAP. Re-try install many times and still have problems. Even can’t scan the QR code
Ever since update cannot important token
The app is totally broken since last update. Unable to import any new token

Getting an error while opening the app - Error initializing Authenticator app. Please let me know how to fix this.. It is working on one iphone, on another one it is giving this error when I try to open the app

Token always out of sync and import error
Stop changing your app name
It used to be RSA. And then changed to secureID. I have too many apps on my phone, so I use the search function all the time. Now when I type secure, it does not come up. I realize that it is now changed to Authenticator. Can you decide what you want to be called and stop changing!!!!
We need an watch App.
Need an Apple Watch companion app do that I do not have to alway loops into my phone for codes.
Where is the Submit Button
This app is poorly designed as compared to previous version . Layout failed as the most important SUBMIT button is so small it required at least 3 seconds to find .
Layout not suitable for iPad
Please make the app layout suitable for iPads also. It just doesn’t work well. And now, in the initial screen, it says “Accept the agreement” and I CANNOT EVEN SEE the “Agree” button :)
