love your app so much. It's everything that I was looking for. I love that there is no pressure to be fast right out of the gate. I only started running this summer for the first time in my life and most training apps expect me to keep a 10:15 pace as a beginner which is frankly unattainable and disheartening. I love that the runs are sent straight to my Garmin device and all I have to do if follow the training plan as outlined. I also love that the workouts are added to my calendar. (If it's on my calendar you can consider it done). Lastly, the pace meter is absolute perfection. I look forward to everyday of outdoor training which is CRAZY even think about (it's cold up in this joint). Thank you for changing my life for the better.
GREAT TRAINING TOOL
The Runna app is keeping me honest and on point as I train. Getting a nudge when my pace falls below what’s required on a lap to positive phrases of encouragement really helps! And the training program dynamically adjusts based on my performance.
Great running app
Easy integration with Garmin watches and good variety in workouts. Running pace seems to be improving over time. Challenging but generally approachable workouts. Offers yoga, Pilates, and strength workout options. Also good discounts on various merchandise in the fitness realm.
Fantastic app
This app is exactly what I was looking for. It helped me create a custom, event specific, training program with detailed scheduling, and the ability to manage my program overtime, I recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a deliberate program to enhance their running and achieve certain goals. Period it is far superior to the popular alternatives for this purpose.

Amazing App
I have been using Runna for over a year now and love it. With consistent training they helped me go from a 37 min 5K to a 25:40 min 5K, and I’m still improving! The app is easy to use and the plans are easy to follow - especially if you have a smart watch. If you want to remove the mental load surrounding running I highly recommend Runna!

Half Marathon Training
I decided to use the Runna app after it was recommended to me by my colleague. Turns out I also was training for my first half marathon kinda by myself. Having no marathon training experience, subscribing to the half marathon training was THE best decision I’ve made. Runna helps with structuring a routine marathon training program so that you body adjust to the distance in the given time frame parameters; that said, it also structures the program to avoid burnout and injuries. Honestly, 10/10 for personal training. I recommend it for everyone trying out all things running, whether casual or experienced.

Loving the experience with this app so far. Running my first marathon and this app has made training straightforward with just enough challenge to keep the process interesting. Love the motivational quips and the Runna AI pace analysis that adjusts your training as needed along the way.
