I never considered my a runner. Each time I would try to start my myself, I would easily give up. I could not finish 5km without walking. I’ve been using Runna for a month now and I already finished my first 10km. Thanks to this app I started really enjoying running.

I’ve been using Runna to train for a 10km race. The program is challenging and at times I questioned why I need to run such long distances if I only want to run 10km 🤣 I now understand. I’m the fittest I have ever been and wouldn’t been here without the app. It’s a great program.

Hadn’t ran for nearly 10 years!! Struggling with motivation and weight gain, nothing could get me going. But then I downloaded Runner, entered into a half marathon and I’m now on week 6 of 14 week plan. Not missed a run and my long run yesterday was 10k. Would definitely recommend Runna app 💪🏼

This is the best workout planning and coaching app I’ve ever used. It’s super intuitive to use, it’s great at motivating, and it has amazingly fast support from real people. Keep it up, Runna!

This App & all the coach that support via awesome are Great. I am into a 16 week marathon plan. Just completed my 4th week and have already started to feel terrific improvement in my speed and stamina. This App really rocks!

love your app so much. It's everything that I was looking for. I love that there is no pressure to be fast right out of the gate. I only started running this summer for the first time in my life and most training apps expect me to keep a 10:15 pace as a beginner which is frankly unattainable and disheartening. I love that the runs are sent straight to my Garmin device and all I have to do if follow the training plan as outlined. I also love that the workouts are added to my calendar. (If it's on my calendar you can consider it done). Lastly, the pace meter is absolute perfection. I look forward to everyday of outdoor training which is CRAZY even think about (it's cold up in this joint). Thank you for changing my life for the better.

The Runna app is keeping me honest and on point as I train. Getting a nudge when my pace falls below what’s required on a lap to positive phrases of encouragement really helps! And the training program dynamically adjusts based on my performance.
