This app helped me to learn and fall in love with running! In February I was not able to run 1k without stopping, and now in May I have already ran 10k, and I am able to train 3 times a week!!🤟 all thanks to runna for setting very achievable goals, that motivate you to keep going!😝 not planning to stop using it!! Recommend it 10000x💪

I hadn’t run more than 8km before, 5 weeks in and just finished a 17km run that felt easy. Love the mix of different running sessions, from intervals to long runs, and mobility training which helps a lot with my back pain. 9/10, waiting for Runna to integrate with Whoop!
Have been using for 6 months. I have run for over 10 years and didn’t think I needed this app. I was wrong. It’s amazing. It has totally changed my running. I stick to the plan and feel so much better for it. I don’t feel the pains and burnout I used to get. It’s also very accurate at predicting your pace if you stick to plan. It was spot on for my marathon times. I love Runna. It has helped me and would highly recommend to anyone on their running journey. Beginner or advanced.
I actually really like this app. I’ve seen marked improvements in my running in only a few weeks. I’ve tried several running plans and apps in the past. I couldn’t get on with any of them because the plans were either far too easy, or unrealistically hard. They have also been difficult to understand and follow. Plus they often are not malleable to fit around my schedule. Runna is great because you can easily adapt how often you run, the level you run at and what your aims are for running (ie get fit, maintain fitness level, train for an event etc). The coaching during running is also really good, because you know whether you’re on track or not. I have tried so many of these apps and none have stuck because there always seem to be issues with them that I can’t get past. Runna is the first one I have been able to stick with longer term, because of its flexibility and ease of use. Definitely would recommend!!

I absolutely love Runna. From no runner to just preparing for my first marathon 💪🏽❤️ Incredible company with a great community and ethos. Never change.
I started a new running program with Runna 4 weeks ago and feel more than ready to complete my first 10km trail run next weekend. The training programs have been easy to follow and the in run coaching has been immensely powerful to dial in my run pace ready for race day.
Training for a half marathon and this app is really helping me get there with a structured plan
