doesnt work well, full of bugs and ads, it is so hard to find what I need. will be cancelling my credit card and staying far away from this company as much as possible. so frustrating to deal with this
Worst customer service ever. Kept repeating cannot and talking about bank protocol but never think of how to solve the issue at hand. Close down your call centre if you don’t plan to service your customers
As senior citizen, it’s not friendly app to use. App should be more easy to use
Authentication required for pay now when I use on Standard Chartered mobile. How am I supposed to authenticate when I am in the app, and took to authenticate on the bank app on a digital device?
App is subar. Difficult to understand your card balance and takes ages for incoming payments to be reflected. Banking experience is horrifying. Good luck to you ever need any support. Online chat staff are unhelpful and unfriendly, while phone support perpetually has high volume (or rather low/no resource manning?). Website is opaque with details. I have never gotten a waiver but was denied one based on unknown terms. For your sanity, bank elsewhere.
App has not been able to provide update of SGFinDex for more than a month. Why is that so? Not satisfactory
Possibly the worst bank ever to apply for credit cards. Used to be easy to apply for late fee waivers + annual fee waivers but for whatever reason they have somehow changed their waiver structure. 1 GOODWILL waiver in 12 months is absolutely ridiculous. please seriously reconsider your waiver structure.
You can't do anything with most of the functions other than just to view transactions. Any other functions / submissions will only get an error code reply. Calling the bank later to verify gets you a reply.."ob thats normal.. Shows error but will go through." Unreliable & hopeless. Wtf!
