Words to describe the use of this app: boondoggle, boat anchor, inefficient, halting, frozen, terrible, painful, useless, wasteful, squander, chicanery, grift, absurd, ridiculous, trumpery, trash. Please feel free to add to this list. One day on the app should bring some more to mind. 

If someone in your organization recommends ServiceMax go for the field, consider firing them immediately for their crimes against humanity.

### *---- "FRAUD!: Where did the old reviews go"
This applied to have thousands of 1 star reviews and somehow only has 5 as of today!? 

Leadership, listen to your service team, everything about the name of this app is the antithesis of what it provides. Horrible service, minimum functionality and it stops all productivity. I worked for my current company for a year and been directed by IT support to uninstall and reinstall the program on my phone and laptop five times to make it operational again. 

We just received guidance that field engineers are manually syncing the app too frequently and that is what causes our delays. A manual sync needs to be performed anytime an update is made on a different device.

The most unintuitive, slow and confusing dispatching app I’ve ever used. The learning curve on this is MASSIVE. All this would be barely tolerable, if EVERY CLICK didn’t require the most painfully slow cloud sync! What the heck! … just look into ServiceTitan if your organization is shopping around.

### *---- "If I worked as poorly as this app, I’d be fired"
This app is terrible in all aspects. It is slow, requires multiple clicks and saves, syncs very slowly, and sometimes requires you to sign in again when you just were using the thing. When you’re done with a report, you don’t always realize there was an error until after you finish, sign and then you get an error when you try to complete, forcing you to go on an indiana jones treasure hunt to find the unclearly defined problem. Then you have to have the customer sign and complete it all over again. This app has slowed productivity to an apathetic slowness. Imo apathy is a true customer service killer. Other attitudes can be solved by coaching or replacing personnel, apathy cannot. Any new blood you get will eventually be infected by the apathy created by backwards moving programs like this. Sadly zinc is the similar, but not nearly as important.
