Overall is an good app. But the gps is not that good, like location. And the sim keep going out and in. So we basically have to open it everyday. And we had to buy the ad. Because when our son was calling us, the AD came on and we couldn’t answer, because the AD was there. And it doesn’t Register Sleep for short time. But, when we are trying to find the watch, we cant, because The sim is falling out, so no location Of the watch. And thats sad. But otherwise im happy.
I understand that you want people to subscribe, but there is to much commercials in the free edition. So much that I would probably not have bought the Watch again.
Basis functions like audio and video calls work ok, but any advanced features like safezone mapping or alert center doesn’t work for me. Even tracking the movements in the app is quite cumbersome and not very user friendly. Giving 2 stars just because the calling and messaging works fine.
Overall the app introduces nice and intuitive features. Very easy to navigate between various settings. Things mostly work just fine. I have discovered some hiccups in preserving last settings. It suddenly disappears and comes back again (especially the video call feature ). The GPS should work much better as it takes a very long time to load current coordinates and accuracy needs a touch
The app os good, fulfills most basic needs, but there is no live GPS tracking and it is not precise location tracking. The fastest you can track is at 10 mins intervals. Those 10 mins could be the most critical 10 mins of a child’s life!

The app is so user unfriendly, GPS is in correct. The functions for adding contact cant be organized from the most important contact to the least. I would not advice anyone to invest on this.
The app is easy to use and intuitive. However the gps location is not very precise, it should be improved.
The tracking system is so bad. It upload so late and not on the precise place. Its really useless. What i like in the app is the sound guardian but i don’t understand why it was suddenly gone on the app. Crazy.
Not working without wi-fi. You can not find watch location or call without wi-fi. Updating: After so long time still working bad, Asking for pin to often, after entered it still not possible to call ( showing - no signal). The time and date on watch showing often wrong.
