Not as good as it looks
App needs to be updated to real time, poor sync between watch and app. Hardly updates current location but gives the previous location….. app owner do something

Not the greatest
The watches features are great but unfortunately the app functionality is slow & outdated. The location is inaccurate almost all the time & takes ages to “refresh”. The amount of ads before & while I interact is insane, this is a tracking & communication device not a game, paying to remove ads is ridiculous. I do like that I can voice over or type, nice alternative if it’s loud around. And the rewards function is a nice touch. I did expect more from Polaroid.
Improvement Needed
Come on guys this app is to find children To do that you must display the parents current live position and the child’s live position AT THE SAME TIME!
Barcode not recognized by app
I’ve downloaded the app but it keeps on saying that the barcode is not recognized at the back of the watch. I scan it and I’ve entered it in amd still not working. What can I do for it to work???
Poor
GPS is not always accurate and takes time to pin point location. Too many ads tj Wade through as well. There must be a better solution

The app does not recognise the device
Tracking not working
We are using the watch in SA and it wont track my child’s location. Thats the main reason we purchased it. Besides not tracking, its very slow with response time between watch and app (photos, SOS, etc.). Logs you out of the app when not using the app. Very annoying to keep having to log back in.
Expected more from a polaroid watch app
The tracking is ok. Giving credits or hearts is not really efficient But calling works well. Would like if you could change the volume on the watch as well. Expected more, especially with the brand name that comes with the watch and the app
