Where do i find the device id? Unable to use
Difficult app with too many pop-ups
App is difficult to learn, but useful once you understand it. There are way too many pop-up and advertisements for stupid things that constantly pop-up on your screen and hinder you using the app. This is for my child’s watch and for safety, so not ideal when you want to check up on them and cannot, due to these pop-ups blocking you using the app. We spent lots of money buying this product and thought that the app that controls the device would’ve been a bit more quality and less advertising.
App accepting the code
The app isn’t accepting or scanning the code. My daughter is so disappointed 🚮
Adverts are annoying but fine otherwise.
Somewhat accurate regarding gps. Handy for contacting your kid but just know you have to watch 3 adverts before you can respond to your child voice notes or messages. Very annoying!! Other than that it seems to work well, but I’ve only had it a few days. Video calls can only be made through the app.
Inaccurate location
It doesn’t show the correct location for the watch. The location is way off and unreliable, which is a let down because it’s a primary reason of why I bought this watch
All good except the charge to have no adds
I buy the exact watch for just over R1k, get told how you can navigate from the app. Which is great but then a couple of weeks into using the app I need to pay for it to be add free. Come’on. It should be add free automatically.
Inaccurate info
Map is inaccurate.it doesn’t pinpoint the accurate place where the watch is.most of the times it says device is offline when I can see the device in front of me.doesn’t tell the live location or where it is Moving.
To many ads
To many ads!!! If there is a emergency with the app how can I report it if there is ads badly useless if you ask me
