Disappointing
The phone is ok but not great. Maybe this has more to do with the cellphone plan we have. But the GPS tracker is rarely accurate. Contacts are hard to program. The app is garbage!!! The fact that we paid for the watch should have meant that we didn’t have have to pay extra to remove ads from the app. Many features on the app just work poorly. We won’t keep this watch for too long. Probably more economical to just get a more expensive phone through our carrier.
Fast and understandable
I found the app easy to navigate and connection with watch was super fast. I can check all activities of my 8 year old, call and track her.
On the fence
6/5/23 -So far I’m waiting to see if after the watch/phone/gps supposedly sync up (24hrs) if they’ll be accurate. -The locating frequency changed for some reason, I put it for every minute and now it’s not even an option. Not sure what happened but it’s rather annoying. -Doesn’t call my phone through the watch but the call goes through if the number is manually dialed?…. The video calling works fine which I’m happy about. I’ll update if it improves or if I can on here.
Don’t buy the dog tracker!
They say there is no monthly fee but in fact you do have to pay a cellular service for a phone line if you want it to work and a special kind of SIM card at that . I bought one bc they said I needed to and then got it and they told me it was the wrong kind !!!!! This is a rip off!!
I can't even use the watch
The watch keeps saying to confirm the registration, which you can't do because it doesn't send you anything.
DOES NOT WORK
The watch doesn’t even connect to the watch. And since you can’t connect you can’t change the time it says it’s January 3rd and we’re in may. It literally disappoints me such a waste of money
It is a good app but it NEEDS GMT-4:00!
I got the watch for my daughter, once I figured out how to set up the SIM card, everything works great, but is does not have the GMT-4:00/EST time zone for 12hrs. Please help, and thank you
Batteries dies quickly
The battery dies quickly, the tracker is inaccurate, it sends off sos signals, when there is no need to.. you all need to improve the battery life and the tracker because the purpose is to track ur kids in case of an emergency.. but it can receive and make calls ok.. for these two reasons I give it a 3 stars..
