Ads ? Really ?
Every launch of a safety monitor app forces you to watch an ad. Very mediocre product and crappy app that goes along with it.

Device offline error even though device is working
Why am I getting device offline even though the watch is functioning with calls and Internet ! Very bad experience
App is not getting connected with watch
App is not getting connected with watch ! Every time same error : “device offline - unable to find network” Fact is that the Device/watch is online and it works (calls & internet both works) but the app is not at all connected with watch
Slow app and inappropriate ads
The app doesn’t let me get to the messages sent by my kid without seeing many ads. It wastes time in urgent situations. Also, it shows very inappropriate ads. I won’t be surprised if my data is illegally being used. Overall, it seems like a cheap Chinese app with the sole purpose of spying in other countries.
The watch is nice
The watch is nice but is having some calling issue some times when my kid is calling it is not calling properly GPS is good it is showing that only the mom can call and the others can not in the watch it only shows to call mom the camera is nice but is only having photo not the video I am happy with the watch but the watch is having some issues
Too many ads
Have paid around 6k for this watch but to access any feature , I have to first watch 5 second advertisements. What’s the point ? Also GPS takes time to update. Doesn’t update automatically. It should be like live location sharing in Google maps. If google maps can do it for free why can’t these guys do after charging 6k?
Stop ads
The ads now a days while using this app is soo bad,most of the times when you want to track,connect to the child,this ads disturb a lot,a single second also matters a lot Pla stop add in this app Rest all is too good
Tracker accuracy
Tracker accuracy is very poor.
Watch is good but App is pathetic
App never opens on time. Lots of advertisements. If we need to access app for sos, we have to wait for the ad to finish. This part negates the need for an app. App needs help.
Not able to register
It keeps saying to confirm if the register code is correct and not able to login.
